Cannot fault the recruitment experience through Duval - I felt looked after throughout the whole process, like I was a real person and not just statistics on a page. Jess Carney is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She really understood what I was looking for and helped my confidence grow in preparation for interviews. Having worked with Melissa for over two years, I have no hesitation in recommending her to any client looking to recruit. Her talent is out of this world. You can call her and let her know what member of staff is needed, within the shortest amount of time, you will have CVs that match everything you are looking for. As her client, she will do all the hard work and make it look effortless. Her attention to detail is incredible alongside her impressive business sense. I have dealt with quite a number of agencies of late while I have been searching for a new job, and Duval Associates are better than the rest in every department. They gave me a phenomenal amount of help in preparing for my interview, and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. If all agencies were this good searching for a new job would be much less stressful. Highly recommended :-)

I worked with Jess Carney and have just secured a full time job after graduating last month. Jess talked me through the process, kept in constant communication and prepared me before my interviews and various tasks I had to undertake. Jess was a great liaison between myself and the company and I have now secured amazing accommodation as well as my perfect job. I can not recommend Jess and Duval Associates enough!

She took great care in ensuring that I was the right fit for the role in question, and that the role would be right for me.
